Compudata's E-Waste Initiative
Compudata regularly deploys and replaces electronic hardware in labs, offices, and other environments. During these deployments we also recycle any unwanted packaging material for our clients. Beginning in 2011, Compudata is now also providing a disposal service where we will remove and recycle your electronic waste that we are replacing during deployment. Please contact us for more information about this initiative.

Battery Recycling Program
Compudata has partnered with Call2Recycle to accept notebook and UPS batteries, as well as old cell phones, at our locations for recycling. Recycling rechargable batteries makes a significant positive impact on our environment by preventing the introduction of toxic chemicals introduced into our landfills and watershed. The program is free, and we encourage all of our clients and neighbours to take advantage of this singular way in which we can all help to preserve our environment.

All of the rechargeable batteries and cell phones collected through the Call2Recycle program are recycled and used to create other types of materials, including new batteries, stainless steel products and more. None of the material broken down from the recycling of rechargeable batteries and cell phones makes its way into landfills.
