Forecasted Support Package Costs

To assist potential support clients forecast the expected cost of an I.T. service agreement with Compudata, the following charts have been created. Represented in blue, billing data had been collected and averaged over twelve months from all monthly service clients where a client’s site was either between 5 – 10 systems or 11 – 30 systems. This billing data was then compared to the potential cost to employ an in house minimum wage part time I.T. staff (calculated at $10.25/hour working twenty hours weekly excluding employers CPP contributions and WSIB premiums).
